Tiffany Adams

My hybrid approach to therapy, which combines spirituality, mindfulness, and physical energy transfer, was born from a personal journey of self-awareness, healing, and mind mastery.  The first 30 years of life included the devastating loss of a parent, family issues of alcoholism and generational abuse, economic challenges, etc - all of which led to years of depression, insecurity, and a relentless search for relief.  When, finally, religion gave way to 'spirituality' and psychopharmeceuticals were replaced with 'mindfulness' practices, life began to transform incrementally.  My passion to offer a 'different' option for well-being is solely rooted in my own mental, emotional, and physical victories.
