Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Any session that is cancelled by the client within 24hrs of the appointment time will incur a $10 cancellation fee. 
• All no-shows will be invoiced at full rate. A session is deemed “no-show” at the 15 min mark following its scheduled time. 
• Any cancellation initiated by AFW within the 24hr window will result in a $10 discount to the client on the rescheduled appointment.
